The position responsibilities include extensive document formatting and reviewing of large technical reports, as well as reception and office organisational duties. Other duties may include entering invoices into accounts and various other administration functions to assist in the smooth and efficient running of this small, close knit team.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

  • Data entry into portals including Xero accounting software.
  • Provide administrative support to the Directors and staff.
  • Document formatting and version control.
  • Database maintenance.
  • Reception duties.
  • Organising travel.
  • Electronic diary management.
  • General administration including filing, archiving, etc.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as requested.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word.
  • Strong ability to format and edit data within a report.
  • Strong data entry skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in Xero accounting software (or similar).
  • Good computer skills.
