Bernie has over 30 years experience in mining operations and consulting in various commodities, in open pit and underground mines, in Australia and internationally. He has operational experience in mine management, practical mine planning, supervision, and line activities in owner mining and contractor operations.
Bernie’s consulting experience spans mare than 20 years and includes project management of multi-discipline feasibility studies, project evaluations, risk analysis, project optimisation, financial analysis, mining method selection, preparation of operating and capital cash flows, mining tender request and evaluation, equipment selection, mine productivity and cost estimation, mine optimisation, design, and scheduling, mine and mill reconciliations, and preparation of reports as Competent Person under the JORC Code and Qualified Person under NI 43-101 and in US Industry Guide 7.
Sharron Sylvester

Technical Director – Geology
Sharron is a geologist with over 25 years experience in the mining industry, including more than 18 years in consulting, and eight years in operations in a variety of roles. Her key skills are in the assessment, modelling and resource estimation of mineral deposits, underground and open-pit mine geology, project management, and due diligence and valuation.
Sharron’s experience encompasses a variety of geological terrains and commodities, including iron (hard-rock hematite and magnetite, CID, and gravels and sands), gold, copper, silver-lead-zinc, nickel (lateritic and sulphide), niche commodities (graphite, rare-earths, and scandium), and construction materials (aggregate, sand, and dimension stone).
